Refund Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you want to cancel the order before your product has been dispatched, we will initiate the refund after deducting the shipping charges (both side) and a nominal charge of 5% of the order value within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

If your product has been dispatched or delivered to you then we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping charges levied on your order.

No Cancellation On Pre-Order products and orders made during special occasion/offer or emergency like COVID-19 crisis. If you still want to cancel, we will deduct cancellation charges.

NOTE :

You must return the product in its original and proper packaging with company seal, for a refund.

We will not accept any type of damage/defective, seal broken or wrong product from customers for cancellation or return/refund of products.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY :


NYZOT  makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery.

After sales service is provided by the authorized service centers of the respective manufacturing companies. For product service requirement, kindly contact us on the below mentioned details for the same.

For any product/service available on sale on www.NYZOT.com  the company does not assume any liability. NYZOT is only in the business of providing products/services from manufacturers to customers at the destination of their choice.

A return can be created at item level and if you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return/refund for any individual item. However, any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it.

You must return the products in its well & proper, original packaging with Company Seal for a full refund.

We will not entertain any complaint of any order after 3 (Three) days from the date of delivery of the order.

In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us on +91 8891 75 2686 between 12 noon to 4:00 pm or email us on info@nyzot.com After acceptance of delivery of the product,NYZOT.com will not entertain any returns or refund request.

NOTE :

We will refund the amount after deducting any charges if applicable.

We will refund within 10 to 15 working days from application date if it requires to refund.

In case of a return/refund, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.

ACCEPTABLE METHOD OF PAYMENT:


Presently payment methods available with NYZOT.com  are through Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net banking only. As and when other methods will be incorporated, the same would be updated here as well. Your Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential. NYZOT.com  and our secure online payment gateways use Secure Sockets Layer security technology to protect your Card information. We accept all VISA & MasterCards– only Indian cards, as International cards would not be supported. You will have to enter your 16 digit Credit/Debit card number and the 3 digit CVV (Card Verification Value) code which is at the back of your card and complete the payment.

Verified By VISA (VBV) and MasterCard Secure Code:

With a view of making Online shopping safer, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory , from 1st August 2010 onwards, for all transactions to have an extra level of authentication. The “extra level” is a password which you will have to enter after entering your Credit Card/ Debit Card details while making an online payment. This technology is called Verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code).You will have to log onto your banks website for registration and each bank has its own process for registration.

Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.):


Is available in only Kerala and is valid for a maximum of Rs. 50,000 /- per transaction. Our customer has to pay the complete booked amount prior to delivery, to be collected by authorized Courier company collection personnel. The official receipt for cash collected will be provided to the customer.

All products which have the C.O.D. icon on the product detail page are available for Cash On Delivery in Mumbai.

You can avail of C.O.D. on an order if

Your selected products are available for a C.O.D.

Your delivery location is serviceable by Cash collection personnel.

Cash Collection will be made only between 11:00 am to 06:00 pm during the day and at the billing address as given by the customer during online booking.

Placing orders using C.O.D.

Identify the products with C.O.D. icon available for online purchase.

Add them to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout.

Provide the shipping address and proceed to the payment page.

In the payment page, select the 1st option, C.O.D.

Enter the CAPTCHA code as given below, click on Submit.

You will receive the Order confirmation page with Order details.
